Phased demolition of existing school buildings and the provision of new temporary accommodation to facilitate the phased nature of the project. Construction of a new 32 Classroom Primary School and associated works on a live site.
The new education facility comprises General Purpose Room, Library / Resource Area, Staff Facilities and other Ancillary Accommodation. Siteworks include Car-Parking, Hard Play Areas and Landscaping.
