This project involved the construction of a new Primary School in Clough, Co. Down which was completed in two phases.
Phase 1 comprised the construction of a new 9 classroom Primary School with Multi-Purpose Hall, Dining Facilities, Offices, Staff Room and External Play Areas.
Phase 2 comprised demolition of the old Primary School and provision of a Car Parking facilities, including all associated siteworks and landscaping.
Works were completed on a live education campus including decant to new school on the completion of Phase 1.
