We were Lead Design and Build Contractor, coordinating the services of the various Design Consultants and Programmed the Construction of the 2No 18 Classroom 2-Storey Schools. The schools were immediately adjacent to each other in a huge redevelopment zone.
The project was a “Fast Tracked” Rapid Build Development delivered in 38 Weeks. Accommodation provided Special Needs Units, Physical Education Halls and Specialist Classrooms.
