This project is located at the existing St. Patrick’s Junior and Senior National Schools in Corduff, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 which will remain operational during the course of the works.

The development comprises of: demolition of existing Junior and Senior school buildings, reduced site levels, construction of a new two storey school building with 36 classrooms, 2no.general purpose halls and a senior school breakfast club /parent room and all ancillary facilities (total area 6,155sqm), 72no car parking spaces, 150no. bicycle spaces, new vehicular entrance and 2no.pedestrian entrances, new boundary treatment, 4no. ball courts, hard and soft play areas including all associated and ancillary site works.

Phase 1 has been handed over and officially opened in March 2023 with Leo Varadkar in attendance.
