The Contract is for the Refurbishment and Part Re-Build of Existing Artola House Building located 91-97 Victoria Street in Belfast City Centre.
Works comprised demolition and remodelling of the building structure and extension to provide four storey [circa 19,175ft²] Grade A open plan offices in Belfast City Centre. The building dates from 1868 and is located in a conservation area. The red brick façades facing onto Victoria Street and Church Lane are being retained and restored.
