Considerate Constructors Scheme

We register our sites in accordance with the CCS Scheme, our sites are monitored against a five-point code of Considerate Practice which commits us to care about appearance, respect the community, protect the environment, secure everyone's safety and value their workforce. Construction Employers Federation

The Construction Employers Federation (CEF) is the certified representative body for the construction industry in Northern Ireland. 
We are members of the CEF as the Federation represents the industry’s views across a wide range of issues including procurement, planning, infrastructure investment, housing, environment, training, health and safety, and employment.

Our membership also provides us with a wide range of direct benefits to help increase work opportunities, reduce costs, comply with the law and achieve best practice.

Construction Industry Federation

CIF is the national and regional representative body for construction industry employers in Ireland. It is recognised by Government and public bodies across the country as the representative body and voice of the construction industry in Ireland and a Social Partner. Being a member of CIF means that our industry has a voice in the decision making process within the Federation such as:

  • Public capital spending programmes
  • Public sector procurement contracts, policies and procedures
  • Regulation impacting on the construction industry and construction employers
